Can you provide a brief overview of your Adult Diaper machines and its primary functions? What are the types of machines you are selling in Indian market?

ZUIKO designs and manufactures machines that produce open type tape style adult diapers usually used n hospitals for incontinence care, and pull-on, pants type adult diapers which are used by active seniors that desire protection. The machines are built for stable and efficient production, and long-term operation. They are designed to help customers achieve their goals and strategies and help establish a positive brand image.

What are the key features and innovations in your latest model of Adult Diaper machines? Are there different  machine models or configurations for different types of Adult Diapers?

Our latest adult pants diaper machine can make 500 value-added products per minute. The production speed is groundbreaking because the diaper itself is of high quality and high-end design. Not all product manufacturers need 500 adult pants diaper per minute of production capacity. ZUIKO can provide other technologies to help differentiate the product from
competitors like innovative core designs that improve function and performance.

The latest ZUIKO adult pants diaper machines can produce 500 value-added diapers per minute. While it is possible to run the machine 24 hours, it is more practical to include time for regular maintenance and cleaning. It also takes several hours to change product size units so planning machine downtime is essential for efficient production. ZUIKO’s training program will teach operators how to change sizes, adjust the machine according to different material types, and troubleshoot. Any problems that our customer cannot solve themselves can rely on support from ZUIKO’s service center in Pune for quick turnaround.

How automated is the machine? What tasks can be performed automatically, and what level of human intervention is required?

All ZUIKO machines run automatically. Human intervention is required to start and stop the system. Unless the machine returns an error message, operators will only need to reload raw materials when they become empty. Size changes,maintenance, diagnostics, and cleaning require manual work, but this only happens with the machine stopped and safe to perform.
